Who we are
FlashFree is a flashcard and study app. For privacy questions, contact qa.vitalii@gmail.com.
Your cards and study data
The app stores your decks, cards, images added to cards, study history, schedules, and settings on your device. You do not need an account, and FlashFree does not run a server that receives this study content. If you export a backup, the app creates a JSON file and lets you choose where to save or share it. The destination you choose may apply its own privacy practices.
Photos and web images
Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose an image for a card. Selected images are resized and stored with your cards on the device. If you add an image from an HTTPS link, the app contacts that image host to download the file; that host may receive technical request information such as your IP address.
Advertising and consent
FlashFree uses Google AdMob to show ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process technical data such as IP address, device or advertising identifiers, diagnostics, ad views, and interactions for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. The app checks ad-consent information before requesting ads. Available choices depend on region and the configured Google consent message. Google and its advertising partners may handle this data under their own policies. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s SDK data disclosure.
Your choices and deletion
You can deny camera or photo access in device settings and continue using the app without those features. You can clear study progress in FlashFree settings, delete individual decks, or uninstall the app to remove its local data. Backups saved outside the app must be deleted from their destination separately. For questions about ad consent or data handled through support, email us.
Support messages and this website
If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request. This website is served by a hosting provider that may process basic connection information needed to deliver and protect the page. We do not use a contact form or install our own analytics on this site.
